The closed claim database is made up of fully adjudicated health plan claims data and enrollment information from 160+ primary data sources for Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage individuals. The information comes from 23 out of the top 25 contributing health plans throughout the US for more than 162 million unique enrollees since 2018 covering 99%+ of all US counties. This database includes medical and pharmacy claims data (costs and descriptive services), patient-level enrollment records, and patient demographics.
